Ah, the beginning of June— the cusp between spring and summer. The first taste of summer has been savored with it's seemingly endless days and the comforting warmth of the sun upon one's skin. Bright. Inviting. Exciting. Optimistic. A time for shedding layers, literally and figuratively. A time of year to look forward to. The most symbolic season of the year in regards to marriage. Even though June can be finicky here in Santa Barbara, with unpredictable fog. Jessica and Jared burned right through the marine layer with their love. Burning bright and intensely like the summer sun.
The energy that comes along with celebration is unmatched and we cherish seeing the transformation of the loft for each event. Our space presents a creative freedom for each couple to dream and design their own special space. Jessica and Jared brought their unique personalities to their reception, creating a bright and playful environment for friends and family. Complete with a sweets station with cupcakes from Bobbi's Cupcake Creations , a cake from Lilac Patisserie and candy from Goldman Candy Company. Plenty of pink roses from F&P Flower Arrangements graced tables while a Bollywood style dancer entertained guests. Shoutout to our friends at The Tent Merchant for delivering stunning rentals once again. Chef Erik Hudson cooked a delicious dinner for guests and sides were catered by a local favorite— that is situated just a stones throw away from The Narrative— Lito's Mexican Food.
