We were able to watch an awesome demonstration of teamwork back in June! The Narrative Loft had the honor of welcoming the incredible Tai Sunnanon to our space as he led an informational workshop and discussion for nonprofit leaders, executives and board members. “Adaptive Leadership in a Changing Landscape” was presented by SurfMedia Communications, a local Santa Barbara marketing agency, and hosted by Marybeth Carty. Tai Sunnanon is an international speaker, author and distinguished philanthropist. He has founded three nonprofit organizations and is currently the CEO of The Strategic Insights Group.
The workshop gave the group some tools that would help organizations make the most profound, widespread influence on their communities. He inspired the group of leaders to continue to work together and better our world! Team work really does make the dream work!
