Venue Rental:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday: $5,400

Monday-Thursday: $5,000

What is included:

o   Exclusive Access to Venue for 10 Hours with any time frame you like. This includes set up and breakdown.

o   4 Cocktail Tables

o   Living Room Seating Area

o   String Lighting

o   Ample amount of Street Parking and 8 designated parking spots that are exclusive to The Loft

o   Prep Kitchen to bring In caterer of your choice

o   Space downstairs outside area of Loft to bring in a Food Truck

o   Sink area with refrigeration to bring in your own bar and alcohol

o   Air conditioning and heat

Add ons:

o   You may add on additional Event time for $400 per additional hour (anything over 10 hours)

o   You may rent our fruitwood folding chairs for a flat rate of $5 per chair. We have up to 120. You will need to have someone set them up around your tables for you.

o   You may rent our 6 ft tables (30” wide) for a flat rate of $10 per table. We have up to 20. You will need to have someone set them up and break them down for you.

o You may add on our beautiful ivory ceiling fabric for $1,000 (includes installation and breakdown).

o You may add on our 10 large hand woven basket lights for $500 (includes installation and breakdown).
