Meet the Foundation Training Team!

Foundation Training is back at The Narrative for another core-strengthening, health-improving Certification Workshop! Their team uses the space to train others in exercises that naturally gets rid of pain and builds strength. We've seen them pour positivity and enthusiasm into every session held here. The results that clients see and the following that they have are due to the hard work of the individuals on this all-star team. 

You've seen their clients in action. You've watched their instructional videos. But have you met their energy-exuding team of professionals? We love having them here, and it's time that you get to know the passionate folks who help people all over the world go "from pain to performance"!

Dr. Eric Goodman is the Chief Imagineer, who brings his personal training experience, chiropractic background, and vision for healing to the mat. He is the mastermind behind the strengthening program and center instructor for the certification program.




Ian Silverberg is the CEO and Chief Alignment Officer, who leads the Foundation Training team with a golden heart rather than an iron fist. He aims to bring positive change to the world, his team, and clients' lives with his business background and passion for success.

Dr. Dustin DeRyke is the Creative Director and Master Instructor, who is the man behind Foundation Training's website and the mind behind all their creative content. He also trains during the Instructor Certification Program, putting his firm belief in the training's effects and chiropractic background to good use!

Brian King is the Master Instructor and Skype/FaceTime Afficianado, who thinks up the exercise content for distance learners. When he's not leading certification programs and private sessions, he is always looking to strengthen himself more in the ocean. 

Erin Low is the Certification Coordinator, who had a part in getting the Instructor Certification Program started. With her essential managerial expertise and personal fitness background in Pilates, Personal Training, Spinning, and Group Exercise, she is a vital part of the team!
