January is (finally) almost over, and hats off to you if you’re still putting on your running shoes every morning! We’re all familiar with the challenge to come up with resolutions for the new year, but you don’t have to wait until January 1st to try to work on yourself. You can decide today to kick those bad habits or start some good ones; it doesn’t have to be the beginning of a new year, or even the beginning of a new week, to start being the best you you can be. Whether you want to stop biting your nails, get to the gym more often, or start making your bed every morning, you can (and should) start today.
And don’t worry if it’s been harder to stick to your resolutions than you thought it would be- you don’t have to throw in the towel if you miss one day. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made in the past and try again next time.
