Colette and Palmer transformed our creative space into a wedding wonderland. Natural hues with bright floral accents decorated our event space from wall-to-wall. Each detail was very personal to the couple, with polaroid photo lines of their adventures all around our event space, as well as their initials adorning the décor.
Brian McLaren is a man of many talents! As an author, teacher, and speaker, Brian had a lot of his own wisdom to impart on this community. He focused on the topics of his newly released book, The Great Spiritual Migration, to lead the discussion of this special one night event.

It's never too late to celebrate! After having to reschedule their holiday party three times because of the fires and mudslides this winter, Procore Technologies FINALLY threw their annual holiday bash at The Narrative this past weekend.
Radiant red roses and accompanying petals, from Shells Petals Florist, gracefully enhanced our space. Matched by white accents, like paper lamps and table cloths, the red roses perfectly complemented the decor. The set-up and decorations created the perfect environment to celebrate love!
Flowers and lush greenery galore, guests gathered in the amazing natural scenery to watch this couple become one! Love, laughter, and happiness filled The Garden and guests brought that high energy over to our creative space to celebrate, with a little help from the Santa Barbara Trolley!
The smiles that we had missed so dearly came back through, and with each grin, we could see our community starting to rebuild. As every person entered into our creative space there was an immense sense of pride and support we could feel from each individual- we could finally start to feel the overwhelming hope and happiness that had been missing for so long.
The Actor's Lab named The Narrative its new home for Thursday nights. Each week, Lewis will be teaching his Master Class in our creative space. In addition to Scene Study and Cold Reading Class, each participant will be put on an individualized business plan to help network and target agents in the field.
The beautiful couple, who met on Yahoo messenger 22 years ago, made it official at The Santa Barbara Courthouse Mural Room on Saturday afternoon. After the picture-perfect ceremony, guests made their way to our event space to congratulate them on their long awaited marriage!
