We love the diversity of events that come to make their home at The Narrative Loft. To name a few, we have had everything from Comedy Shows to Women's Empowerment Summits, and Movie-Themed Corporate events to Health and Wellness Workshops! If you're looking for a fun and innovative event, it's likely to appear here at the Loft.

This week, on Wednesday, March 6th from 6:30 - 8:30 PM, we will have the lovely Dre McGee, LMFT hosting a workshop on Understanding and Preventing Work-Related Burnout. Dre has been practicing therapy for 11 years and is also a Transformational Coach providing psychotherapy and coaching to individuals. She is an expert on managing stress so you can create space for the many great experiences you have planned for yourself. Dre says, "Anything that requires 15 minutes or less can be done first thing in the morning. Tackling these small tasks first thing in the day creates a sense of accomplishment with such little effort". If you get stuck in the overwhelm of your To-Do list, Dre will show you specific tools to set yourself up for balance so you can keep building the life you truly want.

Join us at The Narrative Loft on Wednesday March 6th from 6:30 to 8:30pm to learn all about BURNOUT and how to manage or prevent. There will be concrete tools and techniques and a 21 Day Challenge so you can put what you learn into action. Wine and light snacks will be provided.
