An intimate evening at Narrative Loft celebrating Santa Barbara’s wedding community through elevated design, meaningful connection, and unforgettable shared experiences.

The Emerge x Santa Barbara Wedding intimate dinner at Narrative Loft celebrated what makes Santa Barbara’s wedding and events community special: connection, creativity, and collaboration rooted in heart.

Hosted by Emerge Event Collective and orchestrated by Zohe Felici of Santa Barbara Wedding, the evening brought together local Santa Barbara talent alongside Emerge’s national network of luxury wedding and event professionals. Guests arrived via Jump on the Schoolbus and entered a cocktail hour surrounded by bold, globally inspired design that set the tone for an immersive dining experience.

As the evening progressed, guests gathered at the table to share stories, ideas, and conversation over a thoughtfully curated dinner, drinks, and dessert. Each element, from rentals and linens to florals, lighting, and interactive entertainment, reflected a shared belief in community over competition. Live music and dancing added rhythm to the night and carried the experience forward.

More than a dinner, the event served as a reminder of the power of bringing people together with intention. It honored the relationships that drive the wedding industry, highlighted local vendors who shape Santa Barbara’s creative scene, and reinforced Emerge’s mission to foster meaningful connections within the luxury event space.

The night unfolded like a well told story: layered, collaborative, and full of heart, leaving guests inspired long after the final chapter closed.

At The Narrative Loft, we believe every celebration should feel personal, warm, and unforgettable—and Nada and Adrian’s welcome night was exactly that. As they gathered with their closest friends and family to kick off their wedding weekend, our space transformed into an intimate, joy-filled setting brimming with energy and connection.

From the moment guests arrived, The Loft buzzed with excitement. Laughter echoed through the open layout, and pockets of conversation unfolded beneath our signature skylights. The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant—the perfect blend for a couple beginning one of life’s most beautiful chapters.

The evening was brought to life through a collaborative effort with an incredible vendor team. Marina from Monte Vista and Brooke from Burlap & Bordeaux crafted a stunning plan that complemented the industrial-chic character of The Loft, blending linens from Dreams America with thoughtful seating by Backdrop Boutique. The culinary experience, curated by Buena Onda, added fresh, flavorful energy to the night, while The Petite Fleet kept the bar lively and stylish with their charming mobile setup.

For us, nights like these capture what The Narrative Loft is all about—creating a space where moments turn into memories, and where every event tells a story that feels true to the people at the heart of it.

Nada and Adrian’s welcome night was a celebration of love, connection, and new beginnings. We’re honored to have been the backdrop to such a meaningful start.

Empowering Female Business Owners: The Soul Success Summit Returns to The Narrative Loft!

When a group of women who specialize in creating momentum in their own businesses and helping other women do the same come together in one room, the energy is contagious.  

The Soul Success Summit came to The Narrative Loft for the second consecutive year and this year, they hosted two action-packed back-to-back weekends (in March and April) of learning, sharing and implementing powerful business strategies aimed at helping online business owners grow their revenue like wildfire.  

This event co-hosted by Alisa Wilcox and Megan McCann was aided largely by the help of local event professionals, Robin Elander and Zohe Felici and also remote team members, Jessica Hansen in Scappoose, Oregon and Winslow Vail in Sun Valley, Idaho.  The team met weekly for 9 months, sourcing Speakers, organizing activities and creating content for this powerful weekend program. Speakers came from all over the country (and a few came internationally) to share their zone of genius with the group.

Each day started with Yoga and Mediation and then the Speakers took the stage, excited to teach, share and motivate as the audience listened, took vigorous notes and asked questions.  Many of the attendees and Speakers hit the beach during lunch time and returned ready to soak in all the business and mindset guidance that was being presented.

On Saturday night, the group changed into cocktail attire and came back together at the Narrative Loft for a wine reception.  The space that hosted a formal conference during the day was transformed into a swanky evening party space complete with delicious food, white lights and cocktail music.
